Winter vaccinations: flu and Covid-19 booster

There are two essential vaccines that you may need this winter - flu and the Covid-19 booster. The flu vaccine is offered every year by the NHS to people who are eligible. The Covid-19 booster will help give longer-term protection against serious illness from Covid-19. The booster vaccine will be offered to people most at risk from Covid-19 who had their second dose at least six months ago. If you are offered both vaccines, it's safe to have them at the same time. For more details, and to find out if you’re eligible, click read more. If you are not a frontline health or social care worker, please wait to be contacted by the NHS before booking your booster dose.
