Healthy Weight

Maintaining a healthy weight is a key component of a person’s overall health and quality of life.

This section focuses on the levels of obesity and excess weight in the population, as well as factors that will impact on healthy weight. These include food, diet and overall fitness (physical activity, physical inactivity and sedentary behaviour).
